How to use this physiotherapy foot massager
1. Plug in the connectable remote control device to an outlet via the provided USB charging cable. (Plug/adapter not included.) Allow it to charge until the red light at the plug-in point turns off.
2. Lay the mat flat on the floor. Unplug the remote device and connect it to the mat. Place your feet flat onto the marked area.
3. To turn on, press the "+" button to power on the device, then press the "M" button to select the preferred mode. Press the "+"/"-" buttons to change the intensity level. The pulse will start as soon as the intensity level is selected.
4. To turn off, press the "-" button until the intensity level reaches 0, then the device will turn off after 6 seconds. When switched on and attached to the mat, the device will automatically switch off if not attached to feet for 15 minutes.
5. Use once per day for 15 minutes for optimum results. Start sessions at a low-intensity level and for a shorter duration to avoid sudden overstimulation.
Mode 1 – Massage: Regular 4-second bursts then 1-second rest.
Mode 2 – Knead: Rapid 1-second bursts (no rest).
Mode 3 – Scrape: Regular 2 to 3-second bursts then 1-second rest.
Mode 4 – Elbow Pressing: Regular 1-second pulses for duration of 8 seconds then 2-seconds rest. Continuous pulse for 6 seconds then 2-seconds rest. Repeat.
Mode 5 – Acupuncture: Three slow pulses of 1 second each, then two rapid pulses of 1 second each, then 1-second rest. Repeat.
Mode 6 – Cupping Jar: Regular 2-second pulse, then 2-second rest.
